How we can help
We help you understand which water and environmental requirements apply to your site. We then work with your design team on the assessments and mitigation needed for your proposal.

Water demand calculations, efficiency measures and statements to support planning where water neutrality applies.
View serviceNutrient neutrality
Nutrient budgets, mitigation advice and support with credit applications in affected catchments.
View serviceNatural flood management
Discuss measures that work with the catchment to manage runoff and flood risk.
Discuss your projectCommon questions
Here are answers to common questions about this work. If you would like to discuss your own site, we can help you work out what is needed.
Send the site location, existing and proposed use, and any planning advice you have received. We check the relevant catchment and local requirements before agreeing the assessment.
Yes. We review the available information and explain what can be used, what needs updating and how the findings may affect the proposed design.
The site location, a short description of your plans and any comments from your planning authority are a useful starting point. If you have drawings or previous reports, share those too; we can help you work out what else is needed when we discuss the project.
After reviewing your plans and the information available, we provide a quote explaining the work, fee and expected timing. We also talk through any surveys, data requests or decisions from other organisations that may affect the programme.
