Victoria Walker BSc (hons) MCIHT

I’m a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in Highways, Drainage and External Works design. During my career to date, I have designed and managed a wide range of projects from extensions to single dwellings to major residential developments, mixed used commercial/retail through to major industrial schemes.

I specialise in the design of highways, drainage and civil engineering infrastructure, with considerable experience in the design and implementation of SuDS techniques on numerous residential, commercial and industrial developments.

With broad experience in design and project management from Feasibility appraisals to advise clients and developers on the suitability of sites for proposed commercial and residential uses, through to completion of technical adoption agreements, site completion and provides technical advice and multi-disciplinary project management.

An example of my project experience includes taking a major residential development from feasibility stage, through planning, detailed design, and site supervision during construction. I covered all aspects of the project from highway design (s278, s38 agreements with the Local Highway Authorities), drainage design (s104, s106 & s185 agreements with the Local Water Authority, SuDS design and SAB Application), and external works (external levels design, retainment location & heights and cut & fill analysis).

Outside of work (when not travelling to as many destinations as possible), you can find me hiking or swimming.
